When asked about her style, Leticia says this, "My style is mainly bohemian with a touch of hippie. I just love the 60´s and 70´s, when fashion rocked. Those decades are the ones that inspire me the most. I don´t follow fashion trends. I lust over vintage pieces. Love kimonos, bed jackets, vests, velvet blazers. and i wear lots of dresses and skirts. Not much of a pants girl but i love bell bottoms. Sometimes i might be seduced by a rock n´roll style or even a country vibe, depending on the day and mood but it´s mostly boho. It´s a Free People/ American Gold combo. I get inspired inside their 'closets'." Check out some of Leticia's favorite pieces in her closet!
.This retro skirt is really special to me cause it was my mom´s. She made it herself in the 70´s and now i just love how it matches with t-shirts and vests. This would be a casual daily outfit for me. Skirt, t-shirt or top, platforms and a cute headpiece.
This look is what i would call, a rocker look. I just love a dress with a faux fur coat and a hat. It reminds me of Marianne Faithfull and Anita Pallenberg. Two of my favorite beauty icons. This is an outfit i´d choose for a night of friends and rock n´roll.
It was love at first sight with these pants. I´m not much of a pants girl. I might have two pants in my closet but these beautiful vintage hand painted flower power bell bottoms were definitely an exception. They are way too beautiful. I fall in love with them constantly. I just have to open my closet and the romance begins. These flowers and a nice fringe bag, go great together.
This dress was a christmas gift this year. It´s so festive that i love it. It´s like circus meets boho. I just love the colorful print and the angel sleeves.
Velvet blazers are one of my weaknesses. I have them in every color. Purple, black, blue, green, brown, etc. I love to wear them on top of boho dresses and if i add the touch of a black hat, even better.
I love kimonos. They go great with skirts, dresses and pants and they are more comfortable than a jacket. They can function as a perfect accesory sometimes. If you wear a basic t-shirt and a pair of jeans, a nice kimono can make all the difference. If it´s a fringed velvet one like the ones of American Gold, even better.
Leticia describes her blog as "...my own little universe. It´s like a party where bohemia is the main guest. A place where i open my wild heart to those who share my taste. It´s my virtual adventure where you might bump into 60´s and 70´s muses flirting with rock legends or become witnesses of a romance between my own free spirited feelings, my closet, poetry, music, magic and now and then fashion. It´s basically inspiration seen through my kaleidoscope eyes. It´s my dream world where i can be free, where the word LOVE, written all over the place, always comes first."
